Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 March 2026

Overview

These terms govern the services provided by Apost Solutions, a sole trader consultancy operated by Alexandros Apostolides. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide operations consulting, systems design, and implementation services. This includes tool-based setups (e.g. ClickUp, Airtable, Notion) and custom-built solutions (e.g. web applications, internal tools).

The specific scope of work for each project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

The price range shown on our website is a ballpark estimate based on your intake form answers. It is not a binding quote.

A detailed proposal with fixed pricing will be provided after our discovery call. No charges are incurred until you accept a proposal in writing.

Payment terms

Payment is structured as follows unless otherwise agreed in your proposal:

  • 50% deposit due before work begins
  • 50% final payment due on project completion

For larger projects, we may agree on milestone-based payments. All payment terms will be outlined in your proposal.

Refunds

If you decide to cancel before work has started, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Once work has begun, completed work is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled partway through, you will only be charged for work completed to date. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all deliverables (systems, configurations, code, documentation) become your property.

We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during a project as confidential. We will not share your business information, processes, or data with third parties without your permission.

Liability

We take care to deliver quality work, but our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or consequential damages.

Changes to scope

If the scope of work changes during a project, we will discuss the impact on timeline and cost with you before proceeding. Any changes will be agreed in writing.

Website usage

The information on this website is provided for general purposes. While we keep it accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about its completeness or suitability for your specific situation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
